Upon graduating cum laude from Emory University School of Medicine in 2005, Dr. Seth Evans completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and has a particular clinical focus on sinus and nasal diseases, snoring, sleep apnea, and migraine.
Dr. Evans moved to Austin in 2011 after visiting the city in 2008 and falling in love with the community and culture. Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, he spent over a decade in solo ENT practice in Kyle, Texas, where he provided comprehensive ENT care for both adult and pediatric patients. In 2024, he joined Dr. Lieberman and the rest of the team in Austin to continue delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.
Dr. Evans is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Texas Medical Association, Texas Association of Otolaryngology, and the Austin Society of Otolaryngology. He has been recognized as a Texas Super Doctor from 2016 through 2024.

Again and again, I’ve seen lives transformed when sinus and nasal issues are corrected. The look on a patient’s face when they take a deep, easy breath for the first time in years—that’s what makes this work so deeply rewarding.”
Outside of medicine, Dr. Evans enjoys spending time with his wife Renee, a native Austinite, and their two daughters and two Westie dogs. His hobbies include fitness, hiking, cooking, reading (especially fantasy and science fiction), and traveling—he has visited 43 states and 34 countries to date.
