This is the 21st Food Allergy Awareness Week and this year Gov. Abbot has also recognized it in the state of Texas! From FARE’s website: “more than 32 million Americans are managing food allergy. Through increased awareness, we can promote respect, safety and inclusion and ensure that communities have the tools they need to spread the word about food allergies.”

Be sure to visit foodallergy.org to learn how you can take action in your community! If you think you or your child has food allergy, please call us to set up an appointment. Dr. Lieberman and Dr. Parekh are recognized food allergy experts in central Texas and are involved in food allergy and epinephrine legislation advocacy at the state level, along with the numerous school in-service trainings at the local community level.
